Heart Math and OCD and ADD

I'm sure there is a way to treat ocd and add using HeartMath techniques that go back to the days of biofeedback. There is a great deal of literature showing the physiological componenent of stress and the resultant optimal coherence of the central nervous system when utilizing the proper care via the tools that create the syncronization of the heart and brain. In another words, changing our reactions to stress and thus our "perceptions" of the incident that created the stress, will change our nervous system from one of frustration and incoherence to sychronization and appreciation.
